Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the operator of Dispatch.cash ("Dispatch", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the Dispatch website and trading engine (the "Service"). Dispatch is non-custodial: we never hold your assets, and we do not ask for your name, e-mail, government ID, payment card or private keys to use the Service.
1. Information we process
- Wallet sign-in. You sign in by signing a one-time message with your wallet. We store your wallet address, the signed message and a session identifier (a cookie) so that only you can see and control your account. We do not link the address to a real-world identity.
- Account records. To run the Service we keep the state of your smart account: the permissions you signed, the traders or strategy you follow, your settings, deposits, positions, trades, fees charged and the engine's log of what it did or skipped for your account and why. This is the record you see in the app.
- On-chain data. Addresses, transactions and balances on Base are public blockchain data. We read them to operate the engine and to rank traders. On-chain activity is public and permanent by nature and is not under our control.
- Technical logs. Our servers and our network provider record standard request data (IP address, browser type, time, page requested) for security, abuse prevention and debugging. These logs are rotated and are not used to profile you.
- Communications. If you write to us, we process what you choose to send.
The site self-hosts its fonts and assets and runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. The only browser storage used is strictly necessary for sign-in and interface preferences.
2. How we use it
- To operate the Service: deploy your smart account, execute the trades you asked us to copy, show you your account, charge the fee you agreed to.
- To keep the Service secure: detect unauthorised activity, reconcile on-chain events with our records, respond to incidents.
- To improve the Service: aggregate, non-identifying statistics about how it is used and how trades perform.
- To answer your questions.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
3. Who else sees data
- Blockchain and infrastructure providers. Your account address and the amounts of each trade are sent to the Base network through RPC providers and to the DEX aggregator (KyberSwap) that prices and routes swaps. These are necessary to execute trades and operate under their own terms.
- Hosting and network. The site is served through a content-delivery and DDoS-protection network and from servers we operate in the European Union; they see request data as described above.
- Wallet software. Your wallet (for example MetaMask) is a separate product with its own policy; we never see your keys.
- Legal requests. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service and its users.
4. Retention
Account records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for security, accounting and dispute resolution, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Technical logs are kept for a short, fixed period. On-chain records cannot be altered or erased by anyone.
5. Security
We protect operational data with access controls, encryption of backups and continuous monitoring, and we keep the keys that operate the Service separated from the systems that store account records. No system is perfectly secure; the on-chain design of the Service is built so that a breach of our systems cannot move your funds anywhere but your own account.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export personal data we hold, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Because we identify you only by wallet address, requests must come from the wallet in question (a signed message) so that we can be sure the request is yours. Revoking the permissions from your wallet and withdrawing ends the engine's access to your account at once.
7. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly process data of minors.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes are reflected by the date above.
